Jean Marc and Olyvette have been collectors for more than 30 years. Their collection is well known as one of the nicest collections in North America. They were invited as speakers at the American New England Carnival Glass Association’s Congress for their reputed knowledge of all patterns and shapes in the ice green and ice blue colours. Their experience confirms them as experts as well for vases, plates, punch bowls, centerpieces, fruit bowls, compotes, water and breakfast sets, and this, in all patterns and colours.
Germain is an expert in matters of open edge baskets and he knows them under all aspects, such as sizes, colours, shapes and exceptions. He is known by Americans connaissors under the nickname of « Open Edge Kid ». He also collects other shapes of carnival glass and researchs the rarity of the pieces and the nicest iridescences.
